Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns except only under a few special circumstances. If you are, in any way, not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work together on making it right. We want all of our customers to be happy customers!
Bellaroma has quick order processing and economical shipping starting at only $4.99 per order! You can have your Bellaroma beauties delivered to your doorstep before you know it!
Considering our products are freshly made-to-order, orders are ordinarily whipped and shipped within 3-5 business days, however, large orders, custom orders, and busy seasons may delay shipping. Please allow up to 5-7 business days during these times. Thank you!
Shipping During Summer/Winter:
During the hot summer months, some products may soften or melt during transit. Please refrigerate for 1-2 hours before opening products.
During the cold winter months, some products may freeze while in transit. Please allow to sit at room temperature 1-2 hours before using.

*Bellaroma will include a complimentary surprise sample with every order placed. You are welcome to request a specific product sample via email prior to placing your order.
*If you prefer to go au naturel, we do have unscented fragrance-free products available for those who would like to avoid fragrances due to sensitive skin and/or allergies. AU NATUREL products are available for purchase here.

*Custom blends are available upon request to meet your individual needs and personality!
*If you see an aroma that you would like in a different base, contact us and we may be able to whip it up for you! For example, we get requests for the "Satin Apricot" to be in an Aroma Mist rather than a Whipped Creme or the "Soothing Eucalyptus" to be in a Whipped Creme rather than an Aroma Mist.... It's just a personal preference. *Please be advised* that the aromas may have a slightly different aroma in every different recipe base.

*Because I am a one-woman show, I make everything in small batches. If you are interested in a large custom order, perhaps 50-100+ items, please contact me first to make sure I have enough product supplies in stock before placing the order. =)
